Are Clique products cruelty-free?
Are your all of your lash products hypoallergenic?
Yes! All Clique lash styles and adhesive formulations are hypoallergenic and designed for comfort. We select materials that minimize irritation and work well with sensitive skin and eyes. While reactions are rare, we always recommend a patch test if you’ve experienced sensitivities before — your comfort and safety are our priority.
How many sets come in a Clique Lash Book?
Each Clique Lash Book includes 5 full sets of lashes. We’ve curated each book so you’ll have versatile options for everyday wear, special events, or whenever you feel like slaying. It’s crafted to give you variety and value without compromising on quality or style.
How long does one lash set last?
A standard Clique lash set is intended to be worn for up t0 7-10 days with proper care.
How long does one bottle of Lash Adhesive last?
A single bottle of Clique Lash Adhesive can last 2 months or 2 Lash books when being used for lash applications consistently throughout that time.
What is your shipping time?
We ship next business day on all our orders as long as there no limitations from our shipping providers we use. Your location typically dictates shipping speeds and arrival times, but please note that weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally impact delivery times.
What is Clique Lashes & Beauty’s return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return by contacting us at hello@cliquelab.com.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund for the full amount minus a $7 fee for shipping and processing.
Please ensure that returned items are in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

For international returns, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping for any international orders.
How are subscription prices affected by promotions?
Sale prices apply only during the active promotion. If you start a subscription while a product is on sale, your first order will reflect the discounted price, but future subscription orders will automatically revert to the standard subscription price once the sale ends.
Your subscription will continue as normal - same products, same delivery schedule, same convenience - just at the regular subscription rate after the promotion is over.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Clique ships to many international destinations. Please note that import duties, taxes, fees, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. Delivery times may also differ based on international carrier operations. Always check your local customs policies before ordering to avoid surprises.
What is the advantage of subscribing to a lash style?
A subscription makes you part of the CLIQUE and saves you money! It also guarantees your lashes even when we are out of stock. We always reserve inventory for our subscribers so even when we are out of stock on a certain product...you are never out of stock as a subscriber.

Can I change my subscription to a different lash style?
